Easy Sports to Play Outdoors

Not all sports are hard to play that you have to endure pain or effort. There are sports that you can play outdoors that are so easy and effortless. Easy to learn and definitely you will enjoy it.

1. Badminton

Badminton is a racquet sport played by either opposing players (singles) or opposing pairs (doubles), who take positions on opposite halves of an rectangular court that is divided by a net. Players score points by striking a shuttlecock with their racquet so that it passes over the net & lands in their opponents' half of the court. Each side may only strike the shuttlecock one time before it passes over the net. A rally ends one time the shuttlecock has struck the floor.  This is so easy that you can play it with your little sister or brother.

2. Volleyball

Volleyball is a team sport in which teams of six players are separated by a net. Each team tries to score points by grounding a ball on the other team's court under organized rules. It's been an element of the official program of the Summer Olympic Games since 1964. You can play this with your friends.
Beach volleyball is fun too! :) Just be careful of the sand that might hurt your eyes.

3. Basketball

Basketball is a team sport, the aim being to shoot a ball through a basket horizontally positioned to score points while following a set of rules. Usually, teams of players play on a marked rectangular court with a basket at each width finish. Basketball is of the world's most popular and widely viewed sports. This is not only for guys, playing basketball is also for girls who are taller and shorter and smarter.

Aside from these, you can always try other sports that you have interests with.

Choose Sports

We are all familiar what is sports mean. When we say "sports" this is general.

photo from google.
Sport is all forms of physical activity which, through casual or organised participation, aim to use, maintain or improve physical fitness and provide entertainment to participants. Sport may be competitive, where a winner or winners can be identified by objective means, and may require a degree of skill, especially at higher levels. Hundreds of sports exist, including those for a single participant, through to those with hundreds of simultaneous participants, either in teams or competing as individuals. Some non-physical activities, such as board games and card games are sometimes referred to as sports, but a sport is generally recognised as being based in physical athleticism.

Sports are usually governed by a set of rules or customs. Physical events such as scoring goals or crossing a line first often define the result of a sport. However, the degree of skill and performance in some sports such as diving, dressage and figure skating is judged according to well-defined criteria. This is in contrast with other judged activities such as beauty pageants and body building, where skill does not have to be shown and the criteria are not as well defined.

More info here.

If you will ask me, I would love to try different types of sports. It will be more interesting if I will do it with friends or with family. Hardcore or not as long as its sports that can be turn out to be as a hobby.

What is your sports? Let me know. ;)
